Important Announcement

To ensure the highest quality results, all hair must be purchased 7–10 days before your scheduled appointment, especially for clients requesting custom color services, specific lengths, closure sizes, or custom unit specifications.

This advance notice allows adequate time for custom coloring, processing, quality checks, and proper preparation of your requested hair (including length, texture, and closure/frontal availability).

Please note:

* Hair purchased less than 7–10 days before your appointment may not allow enough time to fulfill custom requests such as color, length, or closure/frontal size.
* If hair is not received within the required timeframe, one of the following will apply:
    * A rush fee (overnight shipping and processing fees) will be added if your order can still be accommodated.
    * Your custom specifications (color, length, or closure size) may need to be adjusted or removed from your appointment.
    * You may be required to select from available in-stock hair options only.
